$75 Monthly Membership Program

We understand that life happens! Memberships can be placed on hold for a $30 monthly freeze fee. To ensure your freeze is applied in time, please provide at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

If less than 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle is given, a $75 early termination fee will apply.

Your membership services are designed to be enjoyed each month. Services do not roll over, so we encourage you to use them within the month they are provided or gift up to 4 to any friends and family. Please let us know ahead of time if someone else will be using.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another client. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

To keep your membership running smoothly, we require a valid card on file at all times. If a payment is declined twice and we’re unable to reach you to update your information, your membership will be canceled and a $75 early termination fee will be applied.
